SendToKobo receiver and web installer source license

On 2026-10-16 the project copyright holder authorized the original receiver
and web USB installer code to be distributed under GNU GPL version 3 or,
at the recipient's option, any later version.

This grant covers original project code in the accompanying source inventory:
the receiver application and its necessary internal packages, embedded web
assets, launch/menu scripts, model data, web USB installer modules and UI,
and the included build/rebuild scripts. The inventory defines the exact
files supplied for this release; it is not a license for all private working
files, server deployments, user data or credentials in the development tree.

The existing 2026-09-24 GPL-3.0-or-later grant for the manga/transfer browser
program remains in force. Copied browser integration retains that license.
Third-party material keeps its original copyright and license notices,
including Go, go-qrcode, fflate, NickelMenu, FBInk, fonts, certificates and
their separately identified sources. This grant does not relicense them.

Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option)

Source publication does not grant access to the project's production
services or signing private key. No private signing material is required
to modify/rebuild the source or install a user-controlled trust key by USB.
An existing receiver trusts only its configured update verification key;
third-party builds are not official signed wireless updates.
